Welcome to Western Springs Dentistry. Our staff are on hand to answer any questions you may have with regard to your dental needs, insurance, appointments and special financing options. When you schedule your first appointment, please complete our online new patient registration form. If you have insurance, we will do our best to obtain your insurance information prior to your appointment in order to minimize your wait time. We would like to make your dental visits as comfortable and stress free as possible.
Financial & Dental Insurance Options
We accept most dental insurance plans. At this time, we are not able to accept Medicaid. Forms of payment accepted by the office are check, cash, debit or any major credit card. If you are unsure if we accept your insurance, please feel free to contact us!
Cancellations
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 48 HOUR NOTICE so we can reschedule and adjust accordingly. A cancellation fee may be charged if a patient does not show up for an appointment without sufficient notice.
Appointments
We invite you to request an appointment at our Western Springs office. Our office facilitates emergency calls and often same-day appointments. We are also wheelchair accessible.
